You are eligible for membership if you are an associate of Luxottica Retail North America Inc, a Retail Division of Luxottica Group S.p.A. or an employee who works in, are paid from or supervised from the Cincinnati Service Center also called the CSC in Mason, Ohio, or you are an immediate family member of a current Members Trust Federal Credit Union member in good standing.
Once a member, always a member - Once you join Members Trust, you can remain a member even if you change careers, retire or move away.
